During this two hour talk, AVimmerse's creative Director Keith Myers takes us through some of the methodology and immersive qualities of new technology, and specifically how this technology can be used to: transport audiences (particularly those who are vulnerable or hard to reach) to new spaces; facilitate new ways of learning; allow businesses to lower costs of training; and foster greater collaboration in the creative sector.

About Keith Myers:

Keith Myers has taught new media and immersive production techniques during guest lectures at The University of Manchester, Manchester Metropolitan University, and Virtual Reality Labs across the North-West region for the last 3 years. He has guest spoken at the annual AR/VR conference in Manchester on immersive storytelling. And he was selected as an artist for Manchester International Festival and has worked with the British Council on international projects.
